CHANEL is seeking a Part Time Sales and Service Administrator at New Bond Street. You will be the front-line contact for clients, ensuring flawless service, accurate data handling, and strict adherence to compliance, including GDPR and anti-money-laundering checks.

The role supports a seamless luxury client journey and collaborates with the wider team. You will manage POS duties, process Pay by Link transactions via Adyen, and maintain stock and CRM records, contributing to a prestigious client

Formación

• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM data and GDPR/compliance considerations.
• Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a luxury retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close POS, ensure float is ready.
• Engage with clients as the final face of the client journey and handle transactions.
• Follow POS Compliance Manual and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Rear/front-of-house duties: replenish stationery and manage data capture materials.
• Ensure RFID and stock levels are accurate.
• Maintain boutique tracker for quota management.
• Update client details and merge accounts; manage CRM opt-ins.
