Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Part Time Sales and Service Administrator on New Bond Street to manage front-of-house duties, client interactions, and compliance. The role supports seamless client journeys by maintaining data accuracy, processing sales transactions, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close Points of Sale and manage float readiness.
• Engage with clients, handling transactional aspects of sales.
• Ensure compliance per POS Compliance Manual and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client data, GDPR and CRM entries.
• Process Pay by Link and Adyen payments for remote sales.
• Support team, share ideas, and ensure adequate boutique coverage.
