Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a proactive Sales and Service Administrator at Selfridges to ensure compliant and seamless client experiences. You will manage POS operations, verify payments, maintain CRM data, and support remote sales processes with attention to detail.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a collaborative attitude to work with boutique teams and ensure GDPR practices and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all POS are opened/closed and float ready.
• Engage with clients and manage transactional aspects of sales.
• Follow POS Compliance Manual and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain CRM data and GDPR compliance for client records.
• Process Pay by Link transactions and manage payments via Adyen.
• Support Remote Sales processes and provide timely responses to inquiries.
• Cover boutique operations to ensure smooth customer flow.
