Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Part Time Sales and Service Administrator at New Bond Street to support client journeys with exceptional service and precise compliance. You will manage POS operations, maintain client data, and collaborate with the team to ensure flawless transactions and brand standards.

You will engage with clients, handle payments via Adyen, manage stock with RFID, and ensure GDPR data accuracy while supporting a positive boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Open/close POS and ensure float readiness.
• Engage with clients as the final face of the journey and handle transactions.
• Follow POS Compliance Manual and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and respond promptly to queries.
• Front of House: replenish stationery and data capture materials.
• Process Pay by Link transactions and manage Adyen payments securely.
• Maintain stock accuracy via RFID and update the boutique tracker.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant client data and CRM opt-ins.
• Ensure confidentiality of company activities and attend trainings.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to team goals.
