Job summary

OKA Direct LTD is recruiting a part-time Interior Sales Advisor (32 hours) for a new concession in Fenwick Kingston. You will deliver an enhanced retail experience with product knowledge, service and enthusiasm for beautiful interiors.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexible weekend availability, a passion for interiors, and proactive customer engagement to drive revenue and store presentation.

Qualifications

Luxury retail experience, ideally in furniture/homeware
Outstanding customer service and relationship building
Strong soft selling and upselling skills
Good organisation and prioritisation, with a flexible weekend pattern

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers
Offer product advice in person and by phone
Generate and maximise revenue to meet sales targets
Handle EPOS transactions and related paperwork
Identify sales opportunities and promote IDS services
Support store team and maintain presentation standards
