Job summary

LA MAISON JACQUEMUS in London is seeking a Client Advisor to be an ambassador of the House, delivering a unique client experience and introducing the DNA of the brand across its product range. You will welcome clients, share product expertise, and strive to build privileged relationships while helping to achieve store targets.

Strong fashion or luxury sales experience (2+ years) and ideally luxury handbag knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in fashion or luxury.
• Experience selling luxury handbags preferred.
• Ability to understand and exceed client needs to deliver the best possible experience.
• Ability to transition existing client follow while also absorbing boutique clients reassigned to them.
• Initiative, service mindset, curiosity, openness, optimism and empathy are essential for success.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales revenue and achieving store targets.
• Welcome and advise clients to provide an exceptional experience.
• Share product expertise with clients.
• Show initiative in suggesting complementary products.
• Contribute to recruitment and loyalty by building lasting client relationships.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the store.
• Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, and stock management.
