Qualifications

• At least 2 years in sales, ideally in fashion or luxury, with handbags experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and exceed client needs to deliver exceptional service.
• Ability to transition existing clients to new boutique assignments smoothly.
• Willingness to meet challenges and help the team reach sales targets.
• Initiative, service mindset, curiosity, openness, optimism and empathy are essential.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales growth and achieving store targets.
• Welcome and advise clients to provide an exceptional experience.
• Share product knowledge with clients to assist purchasing decisions.
• Suggest complementary products to increase basket size.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and loyalty.
• Ensure the store is well maintained and organized.
• Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, and stock management.
• Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
• Support the brand's digital evolution.
