Jacquemus is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for its boutique in the United Kingdom. You will be an ambassador of the House, delivering an exceptional client experience and guiding customers through the DNA of the brand and its full product range.

With at least five years in fashion or luxury retail and fluency in English, you will welcome clients, build lasting relationships, drive sales, and contribute to store presentation and operations through teamwork and initiative.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in sales in fashion or luxury.
• Ideal experience selling luxury handbags.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Initiative, curiosity and empathy are essential for success at Jacquemus.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to sales revenue and achieve store targets.
• Welcome and advise clients to provide an exceptional experience.
• Share product expertise with clients.
• Suggest complementary products and build client loyalty.
• Maintain the store and collaborate with the team on VM, stock and customer service.
• Support the digital evolution of the House.
