Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a team in a premium brand environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will partner with management to drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure the highest standards of product knowledge and visual presentation. You have prior supervisory or specialist experience in luxury retail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to achieving results.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising store teams in premium or luxury brands.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and drive sales through people management.
• Strong communication and leadership presence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to achieve customer service, sales and profit targets.
• Support management with personnel, product & merchandising functions and store processes.
• Lead weekly management and staff meetings and communicate promotions clearly to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and delivering superior customer experiences.
• Foster a positive store environment with fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Coordinate training on product knowledge and store maintenance to ensure consistent standards.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties including opening/closing and floor management.
• Build a talent pool for key positions and potential successors.
