Job summary

Brookside Primary School in Stockport is seeking a friendly Midday Assistant to supervise children at lunchtimes (12:00–13:00) during term time. You will help maintain safety, promote positive behaviour and inclusive play, and assist the dining hall routine.

The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team, bring a calm, respectful manner, and be ready for pre-employment checks including DBS as required. Experience with children is welcome and advantageous.

Qualifications

• Friendly and supportive approach to children and colleagues.
• Experience or awareness of safeguarding and inclusive practice is desirable.
