Job summary

St Paul’s CE Primary School in Stockport is seeking a Midday Assistant to join our team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 11.45 am – 1.30 pm, term time only, with an ASAP start date. The post is permanent and includes an annual salary of £5,181.11.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children would be an advantage.
• Duties include supervision of children in the dining hall and elsewhere, eating lunch and supervision in the playground to encourage interactive and positive play so that the meal and lunchtime recreation is a pleasant experience for pupils and staff.
• Applicants should be able to work as part of a team.
• The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment clearances including a Disclosure and Barring Service check, an On-line check and fit for work check.
