Shortstown Primary School is seeking a part-time lunchtime supervisor to look after children during the school lunch break. The role covers monitoring lunchtimes, encouraging healthy eating, and ensuring safety and calm during play.

You will supervise children in the playground or hall, support positive play, and respond to incidents following school procedures. 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 12:00–13:00.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school children is beneficial.
• Ability to supervise children during lunch periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lunch times to ensure safety and orderly eating.
• Supervise playground or indoor spaces during wet weather.
• Assist with minor injuries and follow school policies.
• Organize games and encourage positive play.
