Job summary

E-ACT Pathways Academy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Midday Supervisor to help ensure a safe, inclusive lunchtime experience for pupils. You will supervise dining areas and play spaces, promote positive interactions and work closely with staff to support pupil welfare.

The role focuses on safeguarding, positive behaviour, and collaborative teamwork within a friendly school community that values diversity and high standards of pupil welfare.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths desirable.
• Experience with children or young people in school or community settings desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime, ensuring safety and welfare.
• Promote positive behaviour and respectful interactions.
• Monitor dining areas, playgrounds and school spaces for a safe, orderly environment.
• Encourage inclusive and positive play activities and pupil engagement.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and other midday supervisors to support pupils.
