Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Local Recruiter to support our local recruitment efforts in Hastings and surrounding branches. The role focuses on building impactful relationships within the community to drive brand awareness and attract people into a career in care.

You will work with the Recruitment Marketing team to grow offline channels, attend local events, and travel to branches as required. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a salary of £13,450 per year.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and access to reliable transport.
• Proven success in fast-paced recruitment/engagement.
• Experience in care or healthcare setting desirable.
• Strong public speaking and event-presenting skills.
• Experience planning and coordinating events.
• Experience sourcing and liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow offline candidate pools across 3–5 branches.
• Be based in local care branches with travel to events.
• Build local community ties to sustain candidate flow.
• Coordinate with branches and Regional Managers to identify candidate needs.
• Guide candidates through recruitment, interview, orientation.
• Organise and attend local community events.
• Encourage local attraction strategies like branch Facebook pages and referrals.
• Review local campaign data and performance regularly.
• Provide weekly performance feedback.
• Create engaging materials for branch visits and calls.
• Act as the local voice for care and recruitment at schools, fairs.
• Support central marketing with local PR case studies.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and retention locally.
• Be a key member of branch teams as on-the-ground recruitment voice.
