Job summary

Home Instead is recruiting a recruiter to join our Barnsley team. You will proactively source, screen and build a pipeline of high-quality Care Professionals, delivering a responsive end-to-end recruitment service with a positive candidate experience.

You will develop creative campaigns online and within the local community, manage the end-to-end candidate journey, and source using multiple channels while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

• Flexibility to work outside 9-5 and on weekend rota.
