Bupa is seeking a part-time Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator for Ashley Park Care Home in Guildford, delivering engaging activities to residents and supporting wellbeing. You’ll plan events, manage a small budget, and work closely with care teams to create meaningful, joyful routines.

You'll run daily activity sessions, curate an activity planner, arrange community visits, and help residents reminisce and stay connected, while supporting social media updates as needed.

Aufgaben

• Running morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Producing and updating an activity planner within a set activities budget.
• Organising birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaising with external companies and performers for days out/events.
• Organising one-to-one sessions with residents for reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading or a chat.
• Supporting the home with its social media channels as required.
