Job summary

Bupa’s Havelock Court Care Home in Stockwell, London, is looking for a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator to create a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere for residents. You will run morning and afternoon activity sessions, maintain an activity planner, and organise birthday surprises while coordinating with local performers.

The role involves staying within a set budget, supporting social media as needed, and engaging residents across activities that promote wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with plenty of ideas who can manage budgets and paperwork.
• Interested in caring for others, sharing your sense of humour and spreading enthusiasm.
• Willing to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner within a set activities budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with external performers for days out/events at the home.
• Organise one-to-ones with residents for reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading or a chat.
• Support the home’s social media channels as required.
