Qualifications

• Previous experience organising events, would be advantageous, especially with elderly/vulnerable residents.
• Positive attitude and energetic, humorous nature are key to inspiring residents.
• Empathy and friendliness help build relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Identify engaging activities for residents through assessment and conversation, and keep precise records.
• Support the Head of Activities in organising events like garden parties, concerts and excursions.
• Assist residents with personal tasks (letter writing, shopping, reading) and promote ongoing activity participation.
