Job summary

We Are PROPA Ltd is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator for a flexible part-time role in Bramhall. You will handle the lettings process end-to-end, from enquiry to move-in, delivering excellent service for landlords and tenants.

The position requires one Friday and a second weekday plus one Saturday per month, with a salary of £25,000 to £28,000 pro rata plus bonus, reflecting experience in a collaborative, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• A proactive, positive approach to work.
• Confidence negotiating and building relationships.
• Ability to work independently while also being a genuine team player.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Lettings Negotiator (Part-time) - Bramhall

£25,000 to £28,000 pro rata + bonus

Thursday, Friday & 2x Saturdays a month

We're working with a long established, independent property company that has built an excellent reputation through exceptional customer service, local knowledge and a genuinely supportive team culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for a part time position with flexibility. One working day must be a Friday, while the second weekday can be agreed to suit you. You'll also work one Saturday each month.

This is a close knit business where everyone supports one another, so finding someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team is just as important as previous experience.

You’ll manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move in, providing an outstanding experience for both landlords and tenants. This role is purely focused on lettings and you will collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure a seamless services for both tenants & landlords.
