Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking a Learning Business Partner to support Airbus at its Broughton site. Working 18 hours per week with flexible scheduling, you will deliver learning across a defined production area and act as the main point of contact for learning-related queries.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs, plan delivery, monitor progress, and ensure on-time, cost-effective implementation within a busy production environment. Travel is minimal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning across a defined production area.
• Act as main contact for learning-related queries.
• Work with stakeholders to understand learning needs and constraints.
• Monitor and report on learning plan delivery, on time and to cost.
• Support deployment of learning projects locally and with central learning team.
• Collaborate with training administration provider to ensure rollout success.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners and subcontractors.
