Working 18 hours per week, you'll have flexibility around how those hours are completed during the working week. Customer-facing experience is the key requirement for the position, while previous learning experience would be an advantage.

As the Learning Business Partner, you'll support the delivery of training across a defined production area and act as a key point of contact for assigned business areas. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand learning requirements, business priorities and operational constraints, helping ensure the annual learning plan is delivered on time, to cost and to the required quality.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure effective deployment of the learning plan across your defined business and production areas.
  • Build strong relationships with the business to identify learning needs, priorities and operational constraints.
  • Assess the feasibility of learning requirements and support successful deployment of the learning plan.
  • Lead regular meetings with business focal points, monitoring progress and anticipating potential challenges.
  • Act as a key point of contact for learning-related queries, connecting stakeholders with the central learning team when appropriate.
  • Monitor learning plans regularly and anticipate future training requirements.
  • Represent the Learning Business Partner team at multi-functional meetings where required.
  • Present data analysis, highlight challenges and risks, propose solutions and provide advice on learning processes.
  • Work closely with the training administration provider to support successful training deployment.
  • Anticipate risks and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve deployment issues.
  • Assess the deployment feasibility of learning projects in partnership with the business.
  • Contribute to learning projects locally and/or transnationally alongside the central learning team.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Strong customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong customer understanding and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective networks and stakeholder relationships.
  • Good team-working skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and identify practical solutions.
  • Stakeholder management capability.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, partners and subcontractors.
  • Previous learning or training experience.
  • Training administration experience.
  • Basic project management capability.

Why Join?

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a range of stakeholders within the Airbus Broughton environment, supporting learning delivery that responds directly to business needs.

With an 18-hour working week and flexibility around how those hours are completed, the position could be particularly attractive to someone looking for a part-time opportunity while continuing to develop their experience across stakeholder management, learning delivery and project activity.

Travel requirements are minimal, with travel expected only rarely, up to a few times per year.
