Job summary

Guidant Global is recruiting a Learning Business Partner to support Airbus at its Broughton site. This part-time role offers 18 hours per week with flexible scheduling to suit business needs and stakeholder engagement across production areas.

You'll work with stakeholders to understand learning requirements, deliver the annual learning plan on time and within budget, and act as a key contact for learning-related queries while collaborating with the central learning team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective deployment of the learning plan across defined business and production areas.
• Build strong relationships with the business to identify learning needs, priorities and constraints.
• Assess feasibility of learning requirements and support deployment of the learning plan.
• Lead regular meetings with business focal points, monitoring progress and challenges.
• Act as a key point of contact for learning-related queries, connecting stakeholders with the central learning team.
• Monitor learning plans and anticipate future training requirements.
• Represent the Learning Business Partner team at multi-functional meetings.
• Present data analysis, highlight challenges and risks, propose solutions and provide advice on learning processes.
• Work with the training administration provider to support successful training deployment.
