Job summary

Guidant Global is recruiting a Learning Business Partner to support Airbus at its Broughton site. This 18-hour per week role focuses on delivering learning solutions within a busy production environment and building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure the annual learning plan is delivered on time and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective deployment of the learning plan across defined areas.
• Build relationships with the business to identify learning needs and constraints.
• Assess feasibility of learning requirements and support deployment of the plan.
• Lead regular meetings with focal points and monitor progress.
• Act as a point of contact for learning-related queries and connect stakeholders with the central team.
• Monitor learning plans and anticipate future training requirements.
• Represent the team at multi-functional meetings.
• Present data analysis, highlight risks, propose solutions on learning processes.
• Work with training administration provider to support deployment.
• Anticipate risks and resolve deployment issues in partnership with stakeholders.
• Contribute to local or transnational learning projects with central team.
