Job summary

Guidant Global is recruiting a Learning Business Partner to support Airbus at its Broughton site. This part-time role (18 hours per week) focuses on delivering learning solutions within a busy production environment and building strong stakeholder relationships.

You'll work with stakeholders to understand learning requirements, contribute to the annual learning plan, and ensure delivery on time and within cost and quality constraints. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience essential.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working in learning delivery or training contexts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective deployment of the learning plan across defined business and production areas.
• Build relationships with the business to identify learning needs and priorities.
• Assess feasibility of learning requirements and support deployment of plans.
• Lead regular meetings with business focal points and monitor progress.
• Act as a key learning contact and connect stakeholders with central learning team as needed.
• Present data analysis, highlight risks and propose solutions for learning processes.
• Collaborate with training administration to support successful training deployment.
• Anticipate risks and resolve deployment issues with stakeholders.
• Contribute to learning projects locally and with central learning team.
• Support learning delivery aligned to business needs at Airbus Broughton.
