Reed's School's HR Department is seeking a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to coordinate, promote and administer staff learning and development programmes, ensuring access to high-quality training and CPD for teaching and support staff.

The role involves co-ordination of induction, mandatory and safeguarding training compliance, maintaining training records and systems, and supporting both school-employed staff and self-employed coaches and tutors.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the annual staff training and development calendar with HR and SLT.
• Maintain training records and learning management data for staff and external tutors.
• Support induction programmes and onboarding for new staff within 6 weeks.
• Monitor mandatory training compliance (safeguarding, health and safety, data protection).
