Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at The Masons Arms. You will support the Head Chef, train a strong kitchen team, and take ownership of the branded menu with a passion for great food. Flexible shifts and development opportunities help you grow.

You’ll drive targets with your team, assist with ordering and stock, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety standards.
• Ability to train and develop staff within a branded menu.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
