Job summary

Mitchells & Butler s plc is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at Brucefield Farm, Livingston. You will support the Head Chef, lead your kitchen team, and uphold brand standards while training great people.

You’ll manage menu execution, assist with ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering quality food.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive targets with the team and maintain high performance.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
