Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc in the Beagle/Vintage Inns group is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader who will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and oversee a branded menu.

You will train chefs, manage food ordering and stock, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and help the team smash targets while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering quality food.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Familiarity with working with a branded menu.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
