Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader for the Gap Inn with Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery. You will support the Head Chef, build a kitchen you’re proud of, and lead a team of Chefs to deliver great food.

You’ll manage food ordering, stock control and menu execution while ensuring health and hygiene standards. We offer opportunities to train, progress, and enjoy staff discounts, pension, and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Comfort with food safety and HACCP principles.
• Ability to manage stock, orders and portion control.
