Alma Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to help build a kitchen to be proud of and lead a motivated team in delivering great food.

You will train Chefs, manage stock, food orders, and ensure high standards of health and hygiene while working with a branded menu and supporting Head Chef to smash targets and foster a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
