Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader for the Peartree Bridge Inn. You will assist the Head Chef, lead a kitchen crew, and drive food quality with a passion for great service.

You will train Chefs, manage stock and orders, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards while delivering on branded menus and targets. Flexible shifts and progression opportunities are highlighted in the benefits.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Peartree Bridge Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
