Mitchells & Butlers plc in Greater Manchester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and deliver high-quality dishes from a branded menu. You’ll train and inspire chefs, manage food prep, stock, and orders, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and training staff.
• Ability to manage food preparation, ordering, and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
