Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Bartlewood Lodge to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team of chefs. The role focuses on delivering great food, training people, and ensuring excellent service in a branded menu environment.

You will manage food ordering, stock control, and health & hygiene compliance, while driving targets and promoting progression opportunities within the group.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
