Green Man in Kenilworth is seeking a part-time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in creating a kitchen you can be proud of. You’ll master the branded menu, train and inspire your team, and help deliver standout pub meals with pride.

You’ll manage food ordering, preparation, and stock, ensure health and hygiene standards, and drive performance with your team. This role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, and chances to grow within Mitchells & Butlers’ family.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Green Man, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
