The Crown is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality pub meals in a community‑focussed setting. You’ll lead and train a kitchen team, manage orders, and ensure food safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Kitchen teams in a busy pub/restaurant environment.
• Strong focus on food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to train and develop cooking staff to deliver quality meals.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
