Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc, owner of Ember Inns and North Star, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will train chefs, manage stock and ordering, and ensure food prepared aligns with branded menus and strict health standards.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the North Star, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
