Job summary

The Woodman is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu and train a great team to deliver excellent food and service at Ember Inns venues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP principles.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff to perform at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality food.
• Drive to hit targets with the team.
• Assist with food ordering, stock control and prep.
• Operate with a branded menu and maintain consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
