Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at The Beagle, supporting the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of and lead a team in delivering great quality food.

You'll train chefs, manage stock, assist with food ordering and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met. The role sits within Vintage Inns, part of a charming rural pub collection.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations
• Ability to train and develop staff
• Experience in branded menu environments
