Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at Castle Pubs in Greater London to support the Head Chef, train a skilled kitchen team and uphold high standards of food quality and service.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader atthe Cuckfield, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
