Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Otter Pub. You will support the Head Chef, train great people and master the menu with passion for serving great food.

You’ll join Vintage Inns, a collection of rural pubs, offering a cosy atmosphere and great guest experiences. Flexible shifts and progression opportunities are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and training staff.
• Ability to manage food orders, prep and stock control.
• Understanding of health and hygiene regulations.
• Experience working with a branded menu.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality dishes.
• Smash targets with the team and drive performance.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
