Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to champion brand standards, cook to specification, and support the team during busy shifts in our kitchen. You’ll run your own section as a kitchen team leader, help with stock control and ordering, and grow leadership skills.
