Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in Heswall is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, maintain brand standards and support a team in delivering excellent dining experiences. You will cook to brand specs, assist with stock control, and develop leadership skills in a supportive environment.
