Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, champion brand standards and train a team to deliver top-quality meals across every shift.

You will work within brand targets, support with stock control and ordering, and have opportunities for development with a view to progression in a busy, guest-focused environment.
