Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s The George in Bromley is hiring a Junior Sous Chef. You’ll run a kitchen section, lead a small team and deliver brand-standard dishes across shifts.

You’ll train staff, work to spec, manage stock, and support with ordering. The role offers a full-time contract, a mobile-friendly application process, and opportunities for progression within Premium Country Pubs.
