Job summary

Birmingham Newman University is seeking an experienced HR Systems Lead (iTrent) to drive the next phase of its HR systems transformation programme. This fixed term, part-time role (0.5 FTE) focuses on configuring, testing and optimising iTrent modules to maximise value from the integrated HRMS.

You will work with external consultants, Digital & IT Services and HR stakeholders to deliver key modules such as eRecruitment, Onboarding, eSignatures and Survey Builder, while building internal

Qualifications

• Experience with configuring and administering HR systems, especially iTrent.
• Ability to configure workflows, modules and integrations in HRMS.
• Experience supporting UAT and issue resolution across HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test and optimise iTrent modules and workflows.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.
