Birmingham Newman University is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Systems Lead (iTrent) to play a key role in the next phase of our HR systems transformation programme.
Working within the Human Resources Department and reporting to the Deputy Director, you will configure, test and optimise iTrent modules and workflows, support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and help deliver integrations and automated processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR systems specialist with strong iTrent expertise to support the implementation of our new eRecruitment solution and help maximise the value of our integrated HR Management System.
Working within the Human Resources Department and reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources, you will provide specialist knowledge, input and expertise in the configuration, administration and optimisation of the University's iTrent system.
A significant focus of the role will be supporting and driving forward the implementation of key iTrent modules, including:
The postholder will work closely with external consultants, Digital & IT Services colleagues, Finance (Payroll) colleagues and HR stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, whilst developing sustainable internal capability and embedding best practice across the University.
This will include configuring, testing and optimising iTrent modules and workflows, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting and resolving issues, supporting system integrations, APIs and automated business processes and reviewing and improving existing iTrent system configurations, processes and protocols.
