Qualifications

• Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• Strong generalist HR experience in stand-alone or small-team environments.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practice and employee relations.
• Hands-on payroll coordination and compliance experience.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion and confidence.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and systems.
