Tove Learning Trust is seeking a part-time HR Manager to support sickness absence, probation and case management across its schools. The role links the trust with its external employee relations provider and school HR teams to develop consistent people policies and practice.

You will work with school HR and payroll managers to strengthen in-school HR provision, advise on policy and compliance, and contribute to the trust’s people strategy while supporting remote-team working and education

Qualifikationen

• CIPD qualification is required.
• Experience with a range of employee relations issues.
• Experience in schools or education setting.
• Experience of working with remote teams.

Aufgaben

• Support school teams with sickness absence, probation and other school-level employee issues.
• Advise schools on applying trust policies, case management and statutory compliance.
• Act as the specialist interface between the trust, the external HR provider and schools.
• Work with each school's HR and payroll manager and business manager to improve in-school HR provision.
• Support the HR Strategy Manager and leadership team in developing the trust's people strategy.
