Job summary

The Oak Partnership Trust is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle and lead the HR service across the Trust. This part-time role (20-37 hours) offers flexible patterns and some hybrid working, with a starting ASAP start date and a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will advise senior leaders, manage sensitive employee matters, and help foster a positive, people-focused culture across multiple schools.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management and employee relations.
• Ability to advise senior leaders on complex employee matters.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and processes.
