Equals One Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join on a part-time basis. The role supports Directors, Conveyancing and Support Teams with practical HR guidance and a hands-on approach to shaping people strategy.

You will manage employee relations, policies and development initiatives while maintaining compliance with UK employment law. The position offers flexible hours and pro rata salary considerations in a busy business.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar senior generalist HR role.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience advising and supporting senior managers and Directors.
• Experience supporting performance management, workforce planning and organisational change.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with Directors and Team Managers to develop and implement effective people strategies and departmental plans.
• Provide expert HR advice across employee relations, including complex and sensitive cases.
• Lead organisational development, restructuring and business change initiatives.
• Oversee appraisal and performance management processes, including goal setting and development.
• Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership and employee engagement.
• Use HR data to support informed business decisions.
• Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
